National Female Public Safety Protection was founded in 2017. After many years in the public safety field, the Directors of NFPSP have witnessed, or been victims themselves, of gender discrimination, harassment, bullying, and retaliation in the workplace. It was only when the directors tried to seek help did they find that resources were very limited.
Through these trials and tribulations, it was discovered that we have a serious EPIDEMIC affecting female officers and civilian employees in the public safety field across this nation.
NFPSP was created to be a resource to help all female employees in the public safety field. Our goal at NFPSP is to provide a SAFE HAVEN for all of our members. A place where their voices and issues will be heard. We understand that discretion is of the utmost importance. That’s why any and all information will be considered confidential.
