KP has been a Police Officer in the State of Texas for more than 9 years, where she has spent the majority of her time on deep nights patrol. Her desire to promote health & well-being among public safety employees led her to create Fit Cops. Fit Cops has since become an INTERNATIONALLY recognized brand.
She has survived 9 years of handling gender based harassment, embarrassment, and bullying in her own department. She quickly realized that she had very little support within her department and within the PUBLIC SAFETY community.
NFPSP is KP’s true passion… a passion to offer advice and support to females across this nation.

DC has been a Police Officer for 6 years, KP’s best friend and partner for 4 years, and is also the President of Fit Cops. He also served in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years and made 2 combat deployments to Iraq. Serving and helping others has become a cornerstone of his life.
DC has also seen firsthand the harassment females receive in what are predominately male professions. He believes the females in public safety face many obstacles due to this discrimination and would greatly benefit from the support of their male counterparts. He strives to be the change on the male side of the spectrum and lead by example to reduce these obstacles for females in our respective professions.
